Sumako is one of the Ultra Super Anime Time duo alongside her sister Supika whom appear on Phantasmagoric Arc, Episode 6 together as guest characters. She was doing her introductory duties until Wooser interrupts her and Supika.

Alongside Supika, Sumako is one of the pair of girls that appeared on the trailer for the Japanese television block called "Ultra Super Anime Time". There, it featured the first three shows to premiere along with the block itself: Wooser's Hand-To-Mouth Life: Phantasmagoric Arc, Miss Monochrome Season 2 and Wakaba*Girl.
